In last week’s blog post, I wrote that Hal Malchow, a leading liberal communicator and marketer for liberals/Democrats had recently been urging Democrats to change the way they campaign and promote their candidates. His advice is the same as I have been giving conservatives for years.
Which is—BRAND your political party and also BRAND the other political party.
Why?
Because about 90% of voters do not vote for individual candidates. They vote a straight party ticket.
And about 100% of elected officials vote most of the time as the party leaders direct them to vote.
This is also the same for most of our law courts that have Democrat-appointed judges or elected Democrat judges.
We’ve become a very ideological people/country.
And that should give conservatives/Republicans a huge advantage.
Why?
Because our enemies (and they are our enemies), today’s Democrat politicians are radically different than those of the 1950s or 1980s, or even in 2000. The Democrat Party today supports radical change to America and to the Constitution we know and love.
The Democrat Party has gone so far left they are in danger of falling off the planet.
The Democrat Party and most all Democrat candidates believe we should:
- Abandon our Constitutional Republic, which limits the power of government and protects minorities.
- Destroy women’s sports by allowing males to play on the same sports teams as women, share bathrooms, showers, etc.
- Open the southern borders to tens of millions of illegal aliens.
- Reduce funding for law enforcement.
- Reduce funding for defense/the Military.
- Teach Critical Race Theory (CRT) to school children (all whites are racists and minorities are victims).
- Make abortion legal up to the moment of birth and sometimes beyond.
- Weaponize our government against conservatives/Republicans (FBI, IRS, DOJ, CIA, etc.).
Our project is to share the above with all within the sound of our voice.
For some, that may be millions of people who see and hear you on national TV and radio. Others perhaps have organizations with tens or hundreds of thousands of members. Others have many readers/listeners to their blogs/podcasts. Others can share articles and videos with their family, friends, neighbors, coworkers, fellow church members, and others.
Why do we need to do this?
Again, it’s simple.
The big corporate mainstream media has been captured by radical far-Left Democrats, including the New York Times, The Washington Post, NBC, ABC, CBS, and public radio/TV, etc.
For most of America’s history, the media has served as referees between the political parties. Today the referees have left the sidelines and have joined the Democrat Party as cheerleaders and activists.
In today’s world you don’t have to be a billionaire and own a TV station or newspaper chain to influence a significant number of people.
Everyone can send emails, forward articles, videos, etc.
You know what you can do—rush to the sound of the guns.
We’re in a Spiritual Civil War and our side needs your full engagement.
